What pilgrims ask before booking
Visa, documents, payment and cancellation — travelling from Algeria.
The Umrah visa is issued through a licensed agency and is tied to the programme you booked. The agency handles the file once your documents are complete, and the platform shows you the status at every stage.
A passport valid for at least six months, photos on a white background, a vaccination record, and family status documents for women travelling without a mahram. The full list is in the articles section.
Payment is in Algerian dinars, through the agency or the platform. Instalments are offered on specific packages marked «instalments»: a first payment, then instalments before departure.
The listed price covers transport, accommodation and the visa as detailed in the offer. Any extra service appears separately before confirmation, and no fees are added after booking.
Cancellation terms vary by agency and by how long is left before departure; they are written out on the offer page, before payment.
