We deliver to all 69 wilayas through approved carriers, to your door or to the nearest pick-up office, as chosen during the phone confirmation.
Delivery time
2 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed by phone. It may take longer during peak seasons (Ramadan, Hajj season) or in remote wilayas.
Delivery cost
The cost depends on the wilaya and the pick-up method; a store agent tells you the amount during the confirmation call, before shipping. The final cost appears on the order page after acceptance.
Order tracking
You can follow your order from the order page shown after checkout and from the receipt sent to your email.
