Return period
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused and in its packaging.
Non-returnable products
Used or washed products, and products whose hygienic packaging has been opened, can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.
How to request
Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone with the order number and photos of the product. We arrange the pick-up or the shipment, and the refund is made in cash or by postal transfer within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return costs
If the return is due to our mistake or a defect, we cover the full return cost. Otherwise the customer bears the shipping cost.
