Hosting, storage, and transfers
For Algeria-facing operations, we aim to host and store production data and transaction-related records on infrastructure located in Algeria whenever required for our service model and applicable e-commerce obligations.
- Hosting and operational storage are designed with Algerian service delivery and compliance requirements in mind.
- Where personal data must be transferred outside Algeria, such transfers should occur only where legally permitted and with appropriate safeguards or required authorisations.
- We review processors and service providers carefully before allowing them to handle platform data.

We apply technical and organisational measures intended to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information under our control.
- Access to data is limited to authorised users and service roles that need it for legitimate duties.
- We use role-based controls, logging, and operational safeguards to reduce misuse and unauthorised access.
- We keep data only for as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute handling, and security purposes.

Depending on the applicable situation and legal basis for processing, you may request information about your data and how it is handled.
- You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate information.
- You may object to certain processing or ask for deletion where retention is no longer necessary and no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
